Eastern Michigan Baseball Announces 2018 Fall Prospects Camps

The Eastern Michigan University baseball team has announced dates for its 2018 Fall Prospect Camps.  The sessions are scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 30,  and Saturday, Oct. 20, at Oestrike Stadium.  Both sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Attending players will obtain detailed instructions regarding all baseball fundamentals used by Eagle coaches and players. These will include proper hitting, throwing, and fielding techniques.

The first session will begin at 9 a.m. and run until noon. The camp will be ran as a pro-style workout, giving the players a chance to promote their skills in front of the EMU coaching staff. Additionally,  college coaches from Division II, Division III, NAIA institutions, and junior colleges will be in attendance. The afternoon session will include skills instruction and two games until 4 p.m.

The camp is open to all high school and junior college players. The sessions will be directed by head coach Eric Roof, along with assistant coaches Jonathan Roof and A.J. Achter.

The cost of the prospect camp is $125 for position or two-way players, and $75 for pitcher only players. To register, click here.
